About this listen
Grappling with the mysteries of the past while facing down a future hell-bent on their destruction, Harrison and the Mars team enter the final chapter of this thrilling scifi trilogy.
Resuming directly after the dramatic conclusion of Waking Titan, Eye of the Apocalypse follows Harrison Raheem Assad and his fellow teammates as they frantically work to survive in the aftermath of the deadly solar pulses. With Earth plunged into chaos, they find themselves fully on their own, their destinies in their own hands.
Only by unlocking the hidden truths, buried deep under red sands, can Harrison and the others find the path to salvation.

Not a great ending
Again the narrative element of this production really let's it down. Hissing noises, crackles etc. The monotone narration is dreadful. It does slightly improve with the accents but once again they all sound Indian. No natural end if one chapter and start of the next, I actually rewound 30 seconds to see if it jumped. The ending was not a great one and using the main characters full name and the antagonists full title everything really got on my nerves. I know what it is and where it is from!it's of potential but petered out as the story progressed. Still not sure exactly what happened and why. Will be one of the only books I return to Audible.

Made me wish for the apocalypse to end my boredom.
I stuck with the dull narration and story until mid way through book 3 when I realized I was no
longer even paying attention. I listen to audiobooks while I work. Elevator muzak would have been a better choice for genuine entertainment.
