Easy to follow

Very Depressing .The worst book I 've listen to.
It is not a nice book to listen to. It is a scary and terrible one. It didn't make things easy for you you to follow a healthy diet instead it scares you and makes you want to vomit because of talking endlessly about what will lead you to death.
