These book is great for start-up business owners looking for somewhat easy to listen that will support them with the need to know information. If you're just starting out or perhaps you just need to be repeated of the things you already know, give this book a try.

Best place to learn Financial Management.
Even if you have no financial experience in your company and want to get there, this will enormously assist you. I listen while I drive and listen in the rare slow moments of life. The way they lay it out supports non-financial management get a much stronger picture of what a business should and shouldn't be doing with their numbers.

Partly an eye opener
The audible is easy to read even for a novice. The preliminary thought of being assigned to listen to this book for my masters course was dread, but I was pleasingly astonished of how user friendly the book was.
I have already recommend the book to friends as a non-academic read.

Easy to read, easy to understand.
Decent audiobook to familiarize you to the key theories of finance, as they put on to everybody in a company. If you're employed in finance, you likely previously know this information, but if you're in any other sector, it is the perfect book.

For all employees at all levels...
I always try to interruption obstacles and most of my time is spent as an interpreter...truth be told, I’ve always wriggled with translating the financial vernacular...this book did it for me and has assisted me paint a picture and tell the story behind it so everyone understands.

Useful guide to Finance Management
This audio-book is a very valuable guide to Financial Management. This audible describes the important facets of corporate finance in an easily understandable way. The author provides plenty of real-world examples and presents the issue and decisions that could be made in response to each of these.

I recommend this author.
This is a perfect stuff from Greg Shields as usual. This audible has information from basic accounting to higher level. It is important for business owners to understand at least the basics of accounting so they can understand the health of their business. A must book.

A must read for every employee.
This audiobook will give you a much better perspective on how finance for companies work and what matters when deciding to work for someone, work on something that will influence the balance sheet or even making an investment in a company. A very good finance book.
