About this listen

Anna is a lone wolf who has been hiding in fear from her own kind since she realized what she was. When the woman who had taken her in and nurtured her is brutally murdered, she sets out to find justice.

She is quickly found by a local Wolfpack during their investigation into the murder of a human on their territory. Anna finds unexpected allies in the Seaside Wolf Pack and realizes that there might be a place for her to belong in their world.

She starts to realize how empty her life has been when six wolves in particular take her under their wing and make it their goal to bring her into the fold. Will she finally find a place where she belongs and a pack that can give her the acceptance she craves? Contains mature themes.

sweet story

It's a good story, struggled to maintain my interest towards the end. Bit too much talk about cooking and eating with out much actually happening but It was nice she found her place to belong in a new pack and I was glad the story avoided romantic interests.

4 and half stars

although I have given this book a 5 star review it is more like 4 and half.
this only being that the main character gets on my nerves with being so soft for an adult.
I am hoping this is due to it being the first book and the author wanting you to get a feel for how much she will grow into herself during the series.
I would definitely still recommend this book though as I did enjoy listening to it and loved how the author made the other characters merge together so that you got the sense and feeling of what it would be like for her to finally have a family.
I also felt the frustration when her new family life is threatened.
the narrator did a brilliant job also making the book easy to listen too.
