Summary

'I adore everything about it . . . the perfect blend of mystery and romcom' Ali Hazelwood

Finlay and Vero need a girls' weekend away...

Some peace and quiet to negotiate with a dangerous loan shark, save Vero's childhood crush Javi, and find a stolen car. But Finlay's mother and ex-husband Steven are dead set on catching a ride to Atlantic City.

At their casino hotel, the trip takes a nosedive. Javi's kidnapper, Marco, won't negotiate, demanding to know the whereabouts of his missing nephew, Ike. Then Marco turns up dead - leaving Finlay and Vero as main suspects in his murder.

To get out of Atlantic City in one piece, they'll need to stay on top of one jealous ex-husband, one hot cop, two precocious kids, and yet another decomposing body.

All bets are off.

This time, Finlay can't leave anything to chance.

Fantastic book!

Great book. Loved the whole series! Finley is my favourite.
As usual Vero and Finley are on it and having to meet and defeat new challenges. Always great to hear from Finley’s kids and see how things are going with her sister Georgia. Loved this book. Highly recommend.

Another brilliant submission in my favourite series!

As always it's so farfetcbed and whacky but that's why we love this series! Finlay gets into yet another scrape and has to juggle the mob and dangerous people with keeping her family life in check. A wonderful mix of the mundane and the whimsical, written and performed wonderfully.
