Less Tossing, More Actual Sleep
I grabbed this out of frustration after another 3 a.m. night of staring at the ceiling. It wasn’t full of the same recycled tips I’d heard a million times. A few parts hit differently; like how I was unknowingly making it harder to wind down. I didn’t expect big results, but I started sleeping longer stretches pretty quickly. It’s not perfect every night, but it’s the best sleep I’ve had in a long time, and I feel more like myself during the day.
