Incredibly helpful

This has been an invaluable source of finding my inner calm and control as I wait for treatment to begin on a serious neuro degenerative illness. Has helped me ride the waves of panic. The use of descriptive scenarios like the monkey and puppy mind are so helpful. Thank you for being there in my darkest moments.
