Very peaceful

As I listened to this book, I was hooked on the narrator's voice. It's unlike other books I have listened to. It is soothing but also has a deeper tone. I had a very stressful week and listening to this book each night as I was ready to unwind and calm down was great. I was able to get into a naturally relaxed zone immediately, and I found that I was able to sleep better and actually stay asleep. I do not normally suffer from anxiety attacks, but my daughter does, so I plan to have her have this ready on her echo device and give it a listen when she starts to feel overwhelmed. Great book by the author that will help a lot of people.

Meditations for good sleep

I really enjoyed listening to these guided meditations every night this week. Each guided meditation has a focus that brings relaxation, peace and calmness. The sound frequencies, and the words are very helpful. I love the spiritual aspect of getting grounded to Gods promises and releasing our burdens we carry. Perfect listen to de-stress and sleep soundly

Whenever I have difficulty sleeping I like to listen to guided meditations to calm the mind and help me relax and de-stress - this book fitted the bill perfectly.

I loved the breathing exercises and, although not overly spiritual, I found the visualisations powerful and incredibly relaxing and also uplifting.

A great nighttime meditation book and one I will listen to often with a great voce-over that really made this book the perfect listen.
