Every woman should have this
Every woman should have this in her library. It's like an operations manual for menstruation and menopause. It teaches insights about the menstrual cycle and menopausal hormone changes; insights grandmothers probably take to their graves.

I am grateful to the author.
I recently listened to this book and found it to be an incredibly informative and empowering listen. The book provides a comprehensive overview of the female reproductive system, detailing the various hormones involved and their functions throughout the menstrual cycle.
The author provides practical tips and strategies for optimizing hormone health through diet, exercise, stress management, and other lifestyle factors. I highly recommend this book to any woman who wants to better understand her body and take control of her hormonal health.

Great 2 in 1 guide!
Periods and menopause are so challenging. It's great to have a guide to some of the difficult navigation. In this audio, Pond covers each very well. I learned a lot. My favorite part was the product suggestions as I am always looking for a way to make this garbage easier. Menopause is creeping up, so the hormone replacement therapy info was appreciated too. Great 2;1 guide!

Excellent information
This audio includes two books in one recording, which is usually a great idea and smart marketing. The information in both of the books is excellent and I appreciate the information about effectively understanding and gaining control of the cycles of hormones women face. The one thing I wondered about is the choice to market a book about menstruation and periods and a book about menopause together. I clearly see the connection, except it is really two very different markets who would read these two books. Personally, I am in my early 50s and dealing with menopause; so I skipped half of this audio because I really didn't need to learn about menstruation and periods since I'd dealt with them for 35+ years. I also imagined that a teenage girl who would benefit from the book about periods would want to skip the entire half of the audiobook about menopause since she won't be dealing with this for a few decades.

A resource for every woman
If I could get every woman I know this book, I would. For sure. It removes a lot of the anguish you go through because of misinformation or ignorance. It's like having the secrets your grandmother went with to the grave about being woman compiled in one. Highly recommended!
