good indepth assessment and tutorial of managing.

leading industry and academic experts giving sound advice. The four hour work weeknight clearly highly influenced by this. and that's another G book.
I'd also think of getting extreme ownership too if you're on a mission to grow your leadership skills.
highly recommend this. I'll likely get the actual bookset.
