Entertaining and practical
Really enjoyed this audiobook after having been recommended I listen to it. Having been dealing with a lot of stress from several sources this was very encouraging. Most importantly was easily practical. Many of the good habits I felt were ‘aha’ moments. Makes a lot of sense and will undoubtedly help others too. High recommended. The Author is also very entertaining and means this audiobook is actually fun to listen to.

Fantastically informative and easy to follow
This audio was brilliant. broken up into manageable sessions that can be listened too as and when you have a spare 20 minutes. The instructions are easy to follow but made easier by being able to listen to how other people have implemented that particular section into their lives.
