To summarize it all, if you want a healthy, long, energetic, and disease-free life, you need to start fasting. The earlier you try this, the better off you are going to be. In today’s world, if you go against convention, you can almost guarantee health and longevity. It is the opposite of how it should be. Doctors are supposed to help us get better and not make us drug-addicted health disasters.
Health starts with trusting the body to do its job of healing and repairing. You must let go of your regular diet to let the body rest and get better. The best healing happens when there is no food in the stomach. That is why fasting has been a centuries-long cure to various diseases.
It has been drilled into our brains that breakfast is the most important meal of the day. That is just not true. The most important meal is the one that causes the least amount of inflammation and gives the body necessary nutrients to heal. A fast can be used as a reset to start your health journey all over. It helps reset the gut microbiome imbalance that almost all people have to some degree. You can do intermittent fasts, prolonged fasts, and dry fasts, but the best is a combination of all of them. Gut health is the root cause of almost all chronic illnesses. It will usually have some relation to every kind of disease. It is like the second brain, and the microbiome is like a creature in itself.
Gut health is the direct root cause for all autoimmune conditions like psoriasis and eczema. It has been linked with the world’s biggest killers, heart disease and cancer. A leaky gut or an “intestine with holes” is what starts the downfall. Toxic chemicals leak out into the bloodstream and cause havoc everywhere.
When you are doing fasting as a gut reset, you should avoid liquid fasts. You can do 18-to-24-hour fasts every day for a week and follow that with keto for some days to get better results. When you try out fasting for some time, it is unlikely that you will want to stop ever. You can do intermittent fasting for life. It can be done three to four times a week. Prolonged fasts can be done once a month. Liquid fasts can be done to ease you into the process of fasting. And dry fasts are for pros who want to extract the most value for their effort.

Best audiobook
I highly recommend this audible to everyone and also to give it a try on fasting. After all, what is there to lose? Nothing but great benefits to gain from it.

I love it
I’ve always been interested in mental and physical health, and more recently have become obsessed with it. I’ve been hearing people mentioning fasting more and more lately and decided to look more into it. In doing so, I stubbed across this audible on fasting. Now, I’ve never had an interest in partaking in any type of fasting before. But what I can appreciate about this audible the most is its inclusion of actual scientifically based studies and science-based techniques. I love it.

What an amazing resource!
At first, I was skeptical about what this audible' promises', but after listening to it, I see the author is extremely knowledgeable in this field as well as has a broad knowledge of fasting.

Great audible
I previously bought the author's book on the benefits of water and fasting and when I saw the bundle including another book too I HAD to take it. To put it shortly both books are filled with all the information and methods you could want + more, I have actually managed to lose a few lockdown pounds following this and the best part is I didn't have to change my diet...couldn't recommend this enough

Absolutely amazing
I have been juice fasting off and on every week for the past 6 years. I recently started intermittent fasting (nothing except water from 6 p.m. until 1 p.m. the next day) and have been very interested in taking the next step to water fasting. Absolutely amazing.
