He spends time on rational and irrational fear. Effective coping strategies take up much of the book and incudes such things such as mindfulness, journaling practices, meditation, adaption, support groups, tech detoxing, volunteering, spending time out in nature, and much more. A person incorporating even some of these strategies, as the needs of each person are different, will find relief from depression and anxiety.

Finding Calm and Strength Step by Step

Anxiety, sadness, stress, etc. really suck. Feeling stuck in that rut can be really hard, but this book gives you productive ways to start feeling better. It shares what I would say are easy to form habits for creating healthy relationships. The advice feels personal and kind, not overwhelming or confusing.
