Amazing benefits and simple
I have been looking for more natural approaches to things in life and someone recommended learning more about herbal teas. I had no idea that creating such delicious teas could be so easy. The author provides 100 recipes that are simple and easy. Once you get the initial staples of ingredients then you can try all sorts of recipes. I enjoyed learning more about the history of herbal teas and it amazes me that we have had aides to help us with so many ailments for so long but yet the quick and easy thing to do is take a pill. If people could find more natural ways, such as this, that require little to no effort and are delicious, I think so many more people would feel better.
Highly recommend. Keep this book available to you and have your favorite recipes pinned in the kitchen!

Loved it!!!

I enjoyed this sip by sip
I've traveled the world and all over the orient everyone enjoyed drinking different teas. But with this book covers the huge benefits of which ones help out with restlessness or improves sleep. Apparently some teas come without caffeine. But this brought to my attention why i may have stomach acid problems, headaches and those moments of irritability. The markable chapters talking about all the ingredients and blends that calm the body, delicious flavors that aid digestive health. If you like tea or considering trying it out, this audio has been well done with a great narrator. I know I've learned quite a bit, and i love learning.

Excited to try new Recipes!
I have been really getting into herbal tea and having that as part of my 'self-care rituals'. I have Reallly loved a specific looseleaf tea blend I found (licorice), but want to branch out and have more variety. This book helped spark more options, creativity, and helped explain more recipes and specific benefits of certain strains/ingredients! I would recommend this to anyone looking to just dive into tea benefits, or expand their current options and palate.
