Pay extreme attention

Useful aide memoirs but the several factual errors, missed in editing, eroded confidence and require that you pay extremely close attention to the spoken word and cross refer to a written text or atlas: caveat emptor.

Might be good for first year American students.

I'm in third year and I thought it was quite basic. Also there are some errors. I know some nomenclature differs slightly from American to English, and some of it will just be pronunciation, but some of it is just wrong. Stuck with it just because it's short, but I'm a bit disappointed.
