Summary
When you identify with what you think your life is, settling on shifting sands, you become prey to your emotions, and, yes, you remain in a state of negativity; you do not just live stuck in that state emotionally but you somatize in your physical body.
Your life will spin like a vicious circle. After living on this wheel, constantly revolving through the difficulties in my life, I could not be more aware of this state of mind.
The key to get out of your emotionally addictive wheel is to be aware every time you live through your ego, as it comes back to your conscience, asking, am I being aware of being aware?
Asking this question takes you automatically away from that sleepy and hypnotic state of belief that you are everything you tell yourself you are mentally. You simply access this consciousness space with just one question. Remember to do it continuously.
Am I being aware that I am conscious and not thought?
I am sure this one beautiful manuscript will wake you up and make you leave your current state of mind to an aware state of being. Retuning to your awareness can bring lucidity, clarity, make you aware of your nature of being, to be able to dwell in consciousness. This clarity does not come from your mind. This clarity comes from the essence of your true self, or consciousness divine. You become the observer of your thoughts; you observe each process of your conscious life. Stop adhering to suffering; you can feel physical pain, but the psychological suffering comes from everything you tell yourself mentally. Giving up power over yourself, you have become the observer. You finally realize that you are conscious; you are the person watching your own mind. And in this state, you can change it all, like all who return to rebuild repeatedly with quiet thoughts and order. It is wonderful to know that you are nothing that you observe; you are a being with a divine essence, which does not lack anything. Knowing this makes you be more aware, and able to answer whether you are living through your ego or your conscience. From now on, go ahead; practice being more conscious. There is no judgment, guilt, or mental noise here. If you are suffering, it is because you have believed in your cluster of thoughts.
