This book was the right length to get the messages across without being boring, and narrated slowly enough to be able to take the points in and pause when reflection was needed. I am in my mid 50s and have been happily married for a long time but it was helpful to have a rethink about past relationships and why they failed. Very interesting read for all ages.

The title says it all! Toni provides great insight into the different stages of loving and healing. It read/was heard like being given advice from loved ones without any judgement, just practical things we need to know and do. I am recently single (3 months) and no longer judging myself for wanting and missing, just aiming to walk through the emotions and come out happier in the other side.
