Empowering!
Loved this audiobook! Bought it following a breakup and wish I had read it sooner. It's packed with practical advice on keeping your dignity as well as recovering from a breakup and feeling empowered in the process. It helped me cope emotionally, so much so that I kept listening to it for days and whenever I felt down. It's also beautifully narrated. Highly recommended.

ambivalent
it was me who broke up with him so not sure this is for me ! I have also done no contact for 5 months since I dumped him and definitely didn't cry, scream and lose my dignity when I left him. I did it calmly and also wished him well. I'm also a rules girl so super hard to get. there are good messages and advice in here but most of them I knew! it will however be helpful to some women so nothing will be lost by purchasing !

Dreadful narration
The contest wasn’t too bad. Although my view is opposite. I can say the narration of this book is just poorly and make the book sounds cheap without context and respect.

lame stereotypical advice
i thought this book would assist in offering coping mechanisms for a breakup. but i found the advice very cliche, narrowing all men down to cheating assholes. there are so many reasons men leave, and this book creates an idea that in your absence your man is calculating and likely putting his love/lust into another woman. i dont recommend this book to anyone dealing with an adult breakup. this book has no insight or depth.

Some toxicity included
Just started. I hoped this book wasn't entirely as toxic as the statement in Chapter 1 at 21m30s. Stating that chances of him playing with a woman's heart are high, is what I call a toxic statement.
But there's quite some men bashing, so I am not finishing this book.
