Il pensiero corre al passato che viene raccontato in blocchi narrativi di flash back divisi in due filoni: l'adolescenza a San Donato Milanese, nella periferia di Milano, tra rock'n'roll, amori, amicizie, droghe e crisi depressive e l'infanzia tra Pesaro e Milano, sotto l'ala protettiva di un padre buono e all'ombra di una madre ossessivamente presente e dolorosamente distante.
