Daith's father is dead. His death caused a rip in the galaxy's peace. The remains of his army are fighting to restore it.
But Daith knows nothing of this. Her memories have been stolen. She has been kidnapped. All she knows is that she has unparalleled abilities that could help end the devastation. Except without her past, how can she know if she's on the right side?
Time is running out, and Daith must choose - to search for who she was, or use her gifts to restore order.

Wow what a beginning of a trilogy !
I’m truly amazed at the beginning of this trilogy.
The author Christa Yelich-Koth have started strong right from the beginning, a style which I’ve never came by which is why it makes it hard for me to find the words for this review but I’ll try.
Suicide, kidnapping, brainwashing, murders, power and conspiracies all meshed up that as awesome as this book is i still have no idea what is going on or what’s truth or lies and it’s all done in so good that there is absolutely no way for me no to jump into the second book right away hoping that it will be just as good and that some answers will start to revile themselves.
Maria Marquis have done a perfect job narrating that I’m glad that she continues to narrate the rest of the series!
As of now I absolutely,
And without a doubt,
fully recommend
this book !
