Als er eintritt, entdeckt er ein Schild '"Amt für Ausgleichsangelegenheiten". Alles scheint verwaist, auch Öffnungszeiten sind nicht angegeben. "Was ist das bloß für ein Laden?" fragt sich Herr Wagner. Er beginnt, das Gebäude zu erforschen und landet unverhofft in einem alten, staubigen Archiv.
