Summary

Do you want to fight against stress, depression, and anxiety? Are you curious about to use your brain in a more productive way? Learn how to improve your brain, anxiety control, increase your memory, and reduce stress? Then you are in the right place.

Everyone wants a better and smarter brain to process information faster and have better memory recall. The most brilliant minds don’t have more brainpower than the average person, they just use their brains more efficiently. Your brain’s health is a product of your daily habits. This audiobook is all about discovering the secrets of the brainpower. You are the proud owner of the most complex organ in the entire world: your brain. In fact, if the brain weren't so complicated, we couldn't begin to understand it. There are more connections in your brain than there are stars in the universe.

This audiobook will help to become confident in your memory, give presentations and speeches without notes, acquire and maintain a new body of knowledge or language fast, become a successful student and pass exams, and remember what you hear, read, or watch. Remember those fleeting new ideas, facts, people’s names, numbers, and passwords. It will help you to control your emotions and managing stress.

In this step by step audiobook, you will learn:

  • How to rewire your negative thoughts into positive thoughts
  • How to master your emotions
  • Mental focus
  • Managing stress
  • Setting and achieving goals set
  • Decluttering the mind for optimum functioning
  • How to become a genius through brain exercises

Not much

Did not like the person narrating the book. He speaks too fast and is generally hard to listen to.
