love this so much
I do it every morning and I let my smile bring up my vibration and then I see a light enter me through my 3rd eye and it fills up my whole body and I see it go into my cells and the feeling of happiness is in my whole body and then push the light out even bigger while still having a big smile.. love to start my day with this as then the rest of the day I feel on cloud nine blessings to you x ✨ 💛 ❤ 💓 💕
