Get It

This book. If you are an introvert, or know one, read it. It is so encouraging! I feel like it's the culmination of everything I've learned about myself as a highly sensitive introvert in the last few years. Holley provides so much research about how introverts are hard wired to think and act the way they do. I highly recommend it!

This book is like a mirror to the person that I am. Encouraging, validating, empowering me to be the best me I can be. Speaking hope and healing and giving permission to be kind and patient with the person I am and who I am becoming. The author backs his principles with scientific research and a lifelong study of humanity. Timeless words and principles
