About this listen
But Sigmund may finally have met his match in Nessus, representative of the secretive Puppeteers, the elder race who wield vastly superior technologies. Even after the Puppeteers abruptly vanish from Known Space, Nessus schemes in the shadows with Earth's traitors and adversaries.
As a paranoid, Sigmund has always known things would end horribly for him; only the when, where, how, why, and by whom of it all eluded him. But even Sigmund never imagined that his destiny would be entwined with the fates of worlds...

Just brilliant
Long time fan of Larry niven and the audio version does not disappoint. Re listening to books I read 40 years ago and to new known space tails. Recommend:-)

Retconning various Known Space stories
Juggler of Worlds is my favourite Known Space book. Even better than the Ringworld stories. I love the way it ties together nearly all my favourite Known Space stories. Having read them all, there was the pleasure of anticipating each revelation and fitting the pieces together.
You might almost have thought the stories were planned that way, instead of being written independently over the course of decades.

Really good use of the existing lore
Really good use of the existing universe and lore while still telling a new story
