Not knowing much about this diet I went in quite blind but finished the book rather clued up on it.
I enjoyed the science included, as someone that has studied sport science and nutrition I like the theories and facts and to have the health benefits presented.
When anyone is looking at transitioning to a new diet they have to believe that the foods are easy to obtain and preparation achieveable which this book makes you realise it is.
Also you want recipes that are flavoursome and tasty to keep you interested and not downhearted that you following something strict, meal plans are explained to show you that.
Also mentioned is the mistakes people make so you know to be wary.
A very factual book that I listened to via audio.
I would certainly recommend it to anyone with a interest in this diet.
