Nuggets in every paragraph
Daniel Priestly is clearly a master of his craft. But he doesn't make it seem impossibly out of reach for a new business owner to become someone who is looked up to by people in their industry.
Indeed there are no shortcuts here. The author doesn't waste time making grand promises of fortunes and getting rich quick. What he does outline is a clear roadmap for us to follow. The 5 P's are there for a reason. The order they come in reflects the journey you must go through to establish a leading brand and position yourself as a KPI.
The pace of this audio book is brilliant. The advice is actionable. There is no overwhelm. All of these things combined mean a well-deserved 5 stars from me.

Someone tell me the secret theme
Book is excellent overview of how someone should look to write books and blogs to build your standing in a community and then how to make use of that by searching the right kind of money making deals.
It did annoy me though in first few minutes talking about there being a secret theme behind the theme and that it might take me several reads to find. Just tell me!

Came at the right stage of my career
I loved this book. The first part seemed a little generic and 'motivationy' but as the author moved to fleshing out the process of taking your work to a different level I realised just how much substance there was.
I feel like my work was reaching a plateau, but after hearing this talk I feel reinvigorated and have a number of ideas I'm excited about rolling out.
Inspiring and practical.

Third time reading and still finding value
One of the most exciting and valuable books that I e used as my business bible for the past 7 years now. Every time I lose focus or motivation with my business, I go back to the KPI programme.

proof a book is powerful read at the right time!
I've just finished listening to this book after reading it a decade ago (I got a free copy from a stand in a business exhibition in 2011 ish)
This has proved that a book that can be an "interesting but not life changing" read at the wrong time can suddenly become integral and inspiring when reading it at the right time.
Due to my current venture I got so much more out of this book the second time and made me realise I'm almost there and what I need to do to fill in the gaps!
