good overview
some examples are not fully applicable for a european context, especially with hiring and firing, but I like the concise examples and it give me a lot of new ideas for me development as a leader

Unusual leadership book
I enjoyed most the part where leaders have to be more thinkers as they are doers, the further they get promoted. And also being aware of "Am I in my authentic self?".
Easy to listen to, good and clear message.
