Useful points
I found I didn't like the style on the first listen, but I enacted one or two suggestions from the book. then I listened again about once a week for a month or so, and each time noticed new points I could start enacting. over time I got some good value out of the book.
it delivers a lot of direct suggestions, so is more on the practical side than motivational side.
it suggests techniques and even specific apps and software for levelling up your life. quite tangible and easy to follow up on.
