I wanted to learn something about Tae Kwondo but this was just a navel-gazing account of her self development. I wish I had a pound for every time she says 'I' and 'me'. Easy voice to listen to but not exactly informative. I only made it to chapter 7. If I ever finish I may need to amend this review to something more positive. I think the problem may be my expectations were wrong.
