Outdated nutrition and exercise information

The nutritional advice did not explore new studies on low carb and high tat diets like keto and carnivore. Peter seems to spend a lot of time in the gym when he would probably benefit more from more sociable and mentally challenging activities like tennis or golf orca team sport.
