A way of coping and dealing with loss of a parent
Losing a parent is one of the most difficult things someone has to go through, whether that be at an older age or a younger age. The grief and the pain is something that is not easy to overcome. After listening to this audio book i can say that it has definitely taught us ways to cope with it, so even if one cant get over the loss of a parent, after reading this they would know of ways to cope with this pain. Theresa Jackson has brought into words the very feelings we all go through during this time. It is a great read for those who have lost a parent and who are finding it hard to control or deal with their emotions. Really recommend people to listen to this. This also helped my husband to realise the emotions he has been going through since the loss of his father.
