A lot of

This book simplifies understanding of gut health aspects and is full of practical tips to achieve and maintain gut health in women (also would be equally useful for me, in my opinion). It's a pleasure to listen, easy to understand and I have had a lot of "Aha" moments and made a lot of notes while listening.
I have a tendency to wander off track of healthy eating and I am very happy I have this audiobook now to listen to when I need some encouragement to get back on track.
A very important book for anyone looking to improve their gut health through fundamental lifestyle changes.

Love this book!

This audiobook has it all - there is nothing that appears to have been missed. I really does has everything that you need including back-up and factual information when its needed.

Loved finding out more about the connection between our gut health, digestion and brain health and then the impact on my health and even how I feel.

Informative, very easy to follow with loads of practical advice and guidance and best of all it provides a 12 week plan that is structured into each chapter and it includes ingredients, measurements and exercises.

Loved finding out more about the connections and the steps that I can take that are pretty straight-forward - and I understood it all! Great book!

Love, Love, Love this audiobook about gut health for women! I have been struggling with my low energy and my weight for some time, so I was very excited to learn that I can make lasting changes to my gut health to change all that in only 3 months! Wealth of Overall Health Resources

I liked that the author had personally experienced the remedies shared. Aches, joints, and fatigue relationship to the gut was eye-opening. The percentage that 40% of us suffer from gut health problems is staggering. Good to know that brain serotonin is related to gut health, will work on that. Leaky gut related to MS, who would have known that? Dietary change resources are great! Plant-based diet will help you immunity, on it! The 7-day meal plan resources and detox foods are very helpful. Great book of resources.

An amazing resource for women

This audiobook is simply amazing. I've been suffering from a lot of health conditions, including an autoimmune disease. The doctors just wanted to put me on meds. I understand that meds are often needed, but it was so refreshing to hear a holistic approach to health that starts in the gut. After listening to this book, I have a renewed hope for improving my overall health. I love that it comes with the plan, which I'm eager to implement, and food recommendations, and so much more valuable information. This is arguably the only book you need to improve your health! Or at least, start here and see where it brings you. I highly recommend it and I give you well-deserved 5 stars!
