his voice is amazing and slowly gets u into a lovely state and then before I get to the bottom of the stairs bam am fast asleep all night but but not only gives u a fantastic all nites deep sleep it does work , my mind set has changed very much

Great hypnosis in chapter 3 which works but the rest is just filler. If you don’t have a sleep function on your device to turn off at the end of chapters then don’t buy this as you will fall asleep after the hypnosis then be woken up by the women talking in chapter 4.

After listening to the intro (chapter 1) and the reasons for this psychotherapy (chapter 2) I now skip.to chapter 3 each time, which is a fabulous psychotherapy section lasting about 35 minutes. Sadly this is ruined when the system moves onto chapter 4 that tells you all about the author and speaker and wakes you up from.the peaceful state you are in by then. I can't get the machine to stop or pause at this point. It would be great if by buying the product you were allowed to download chapter 3 online and play that alone in order to stay in the beautiful peaceful state that Joel is able to put you in.
