I preordered this book and knew it would be good. I loved it. Thank you Jenny. I chose the audio book as eilidh Beaton reads it so beautifully and she really makes the characters come alive.

The narrator was absolutely dreadful! I couldn’t bear it, tried to ignore her as love a JC novel but nope it was too grating. Off to find something narrated by Claire Corbett or Johnathon Keeble to soothe my ears.
