Short and to the point
45mins well spent: wasn’t sure how I’d respond to this as it was recommended by a friend. Inspiring and motivating! 🌈

make a statement and fail to elaborate
I like Iain, but it's a bit of a rehash from the podcast with elevator music in-between segments. I wish you'd gone further into detail with examples and application, personal anecdotes etc.

Shott of content was basically an intro/brirf outl
I expected some more in-depth examples how you can build your mental strength and the me t hods with examples rather than just stories of people he met and then autobiography

Waste of a credit
Nothing new here just a very short rehash of "ideas" borrowed from other authors - heard it all before.
The only plus point is the author gives this in a very friendly and conversational style but overall very disappointing.
