A fun story.

A fun story with great worldbuilding, engaging characters, and a sweet romance. The book is wonderfully narrated by Kristen Saburn.

A review copy of this book was sent to me by the narrator. All of the above opinions are my own.

Fun quirky listen

When . Cora Barnes gets her body back after 200 years of being a ghost, she is determined to stick around. Cora does not want to know how it happened. But not everyone feels that way. Beckett Dawson the hunky detective she has been crushing on want to know the truth. This is a great story, the plot is excellent and the narration perfect.

Cute ghost story

I read this book as a standalone but it is technically part of a series. It was perfectly understandable as is but there were tiny references to things I assumed were in previous books. A very enjoyable read, especially with the spooky season approaching.

The narration was well done with characters each having distinct voices and tone.

This is a clean book with no implied or on-page adult activity.

Loved the narration of Kristen Saburn, who brings the humour, drama and romance to your ears. Perfect.

200 years ago Cora Barnes was murdered by a werewolf, since then she has been a ghost. Cora passes her time by haunting her book shop, that has been pass down through her family. One day she finds herself alive and has no idea how that it happened. On that day the gorgeous Police Detective nearly runs her over. Cora askes him to take her to her great great great granddaughter Beverly. Both Beckett and Beverley start to investigate what is happening. All the while Cora and Beckett start a love story.
