The narration in this book was phenomenal. I loved every moment from start to finish 😍😍 Definitely a must have in your audible library

I had high hopes for this book, but I was a little disappointed. The story fell a little flat, and I felt no chemistry between the characters, just some lust. Teddy is great at narration, and made the book.The other narrator had a very monotone voice, and lacked a bit of feeling.

I loved this! I saw a short teaser of the audio book on tiktok and purchased the audio 3 minutes later. Teddy and Joe are the perfect dream combo as narrators and the storyline is just fantastic. I will listen to this again and again

This story line has everything, a little bit of hockey romance with a mix of mafia and a wow factor that had my jaw dropping at the end!

I was expecting a dark romance as the cover states, this was not a dark romance? Just a typical Mafia x Hockey trope crossover with a few minor references to one character previously being obsessed with the other, but that was poorly executed. Arden's narrations were fine and Hamilton slayed the performance as always. The synopsis was so promising, but the plot was just so lacking.

Really enjoyed this , the story was great, refreshingly different to a lot of other hockey romances with the Bratva in the mix.
Narrators we're superb, but expected nothing less from Joe Arden and Teddy Hamilton
loved Max and Luca and how they evolved together and Lucas protectiveness and patience with Max was everything. The ending was a suprise,.. now i want more .

I really enjoyed this. I did, however, think the author was confused about which genre or tropes they wanted, lol. Sooo many.

I absolutely adored the emotional dynamic between body guard and hockey star!!!! AND THE ENDING???? I almost sobbed

Honestly thought I'd love it and I'm gutted it didn't. The story wasn't quite it for me. It almost felt like two books had been mashed together. I was really disappointed with the ending too. Also one of the narrators sounded bored the whole time which didn't help
