Overall, recommended.
This audiobook causes me to make a few information investigations effectively profoundly. I very much like the great exercise questions that take up a large portion of the back of the audiobook. I am working through those; this is not something I usually do in these kinds of audiobook. Overall, recommended.

Great Book, Deserves Someone that Can Narrate
I think the author of this book knows my entire family history. Quite amazing. My ex partner turned out to be a Narcissist, but he had me so fooled, because he pretended to hate the way he looks (unfortunately, gorgeous) and hated mirrors and cameras. Good trick! This book was a great comfort and the nail on the head when it said Narcs are just illusions of people. Thank you. But the narration is simply dreadful and I often got confused with word soup.

The examples given which helped me to understand this isn’t normal in a healthy relationship
The examples given were helpful in reaffirming that these behaviours aren’t part of a healthy relationship
