Very good book!
A surprising number of things we do in life are actually negotiations .. this became clear in this book and this book is an excellent introduction to how to get a lot better at negotiating. The stories in this book about negotiating successes and failures are very instructive and easy to remember I also found that the narrator of this book has a perfect voice for the material .. I rarely comment on narrators and so congratulations to you Mr narrator!
