About this listen
He was the reprobate king of Dayton high. I was the bitter princess cast out of my kingdom. And we were at war.
It started off with a lie, and a one-night stand gone terribly wrong. Although I knew nothing good would come from my encounter with Bellamy West, the small town’s gorgeous bad boy, I didn’t expect him to throw jet fuel onto the already flaming wreckage of my life. Then step back with a sexy smirk on his face to watch me burn.
And burn I did....
He got me fired.
I got him arrested.
We were enemies until we weren’t. Until one touch went too far, and I found myself craving each dirty word. Every filthy promise.
Bellamy West was no good, and I wanted to be bad.
Screw falling for Prince Charming, I wrote my love story with the villain.
And for that, I paid....

Rich Girl, Poor Bad Boy Romance
Book 2 of Dayton High series.
Narration by Addison Barnes and Tanner DeBruyne was fantastic.
This book rocketed to the top of my reading list for the year, and I can't believe I haven't been devouring works by these two authors every single day of my life. Right from the second page, I was hooked, and this book blew away all of my wildest, most passionate expectations.
Bellamy sizzled with intensity, and when paired with Drew, it was like witnessing an explosive atomic fusion of awesomeness. Their relationship was unfiltered and edgy, often taking me on an emotionally turbulent journey. However, the seamless collaboration between these two authors ensured that this story was nothing short of exceptional.
Even though I couldn't find much in common with either Drew or Bellamy, their authenticity and depth resonated with me. The authors crafted their characters with such precision that I couldn't help but fall in love with them, including the supporting cast. Hendrix, in particular, was a scene-stealer and a character I'm hoping to see in his own book someday. His humor was laugh-out-loud hilarious, and he was a true dream.
The series continued to deliver humor with this addition, and while Hendrix holds a special place in my heart due to his hilarious antics, Bellamy showcased a sweet side that you wouldn't expect from these tough guys.
Bellamy's connection with Arlo was heartwarming. Their scenes were a joy to witness because of the genuine bond they shared and how Drew seamlessly fit into their world. My heart ached for the challenges they faced, especially given the age difference between Bell and Arlo. It was a testament to Bellamy's strength and resilience.
Arlo's adorable tantrums about Drew leaving were enough to make anyone want to give him a big, comforting hug. He was a sweet little character, and it reminded me of how much I adored him in "No Romeo."
Drew, as a female addition to the series, was equally brilliant. Each of these female characters contributes just as much as they receive from their male counterparts, creating a dynamic that enriches each couple's story. Her struggles with her parents' concerns about Bell gave her character depth, and her "grass allergy" comment was hilariously snobbish, highlighting her background in a memorable way.
As I wrapped up this series, I found myself still hoping for a book featuring Wolfe, eagerly anticipating his story if he hasn't had one already.
