Not great

Lots of good stuff but behind the curve in some of its info. The narrator sounds a bit “AI” in her delivery with lots of misplaced inflections, etc.

Great book to understand the nutrition science

From my opinion to understand very well the book you need to have some chemistry or medicine background.
Overall is structured easy to be understandable for beginners, it worth's to be read it.

Not good

This is not good. There is too much bumf where they think you have a PhD in nutrition. I wouldn't recommend this book.
