Nick Lavery is an active-duty Green Beret within the United States Army Special Forces. Although injuries sustained in combat resulted in the above-the-knee amputation of his leg—Nick not only remained in the Army, he returned to his Special Forces detachment and continues conducting combat operations to this day.

Fantastic Book
Started and could not put it down. There is so many gold nuggets in this book.
I have not stopped recommending it to friends.
Only thing they could do is add a PDF with the documents they refer to.

Not what I expected a sadly.
Nick is an amazing man. There’s no doubt about it. However, this audiobook came across as plagiarism of all the proceeding audiobooks that have gone before it - Goggins, Jocko etc. It’s something that’s been done to death.
If you’re a fitness fanatic, there may be some good tips in it. Other than that…it’s a listen you’d have already heard before a thousand times.
