About this listen
Camden Wheeler is a rock. The owner of his own brewery and a pillar of the community in Carter's Crossing, he's a small-town alpha and proud of it. He knows who he is and where he's going in life - the only thing he's missing is an omega to fill his heart.
Wes doesn't have a clue who he is. He wakes up in the local hospital with a serious case of amnesia, and the only lifeline he has to cling to is the story of the alpha who found him injured in the woods and carried him down a mountain. It's a romantic story - but a difficult story to base his entire life around.
With no way of remembering or contacting anyone from Wes' previous life, he consigns himself to staying in Carter's Crossing while he heals. The one bright spot is that Camden isn't about to let him suffer in silence. The alpha provides Wes with the strength he needs to rebuild himself anew...and their close intimacy blossoms into a deep, abiding love.
But when a fancy lawyer comes around asking questions about Wes, will Wes be able to put the past behind him? Or will the revelations of Wes' former self be the one thing that tears him and Camden apart?
Carter’s Crossing is a quaint little town nestled in the Blue Ridge Mountains, where some people go to get away, others arrive to start over, and plenty just find themselves when they’re lost or brokenhearted. This stand-alone contemporary mpreg series is for adults only and is sure to leave you believing in the magic of true love and happily-ever-afters! This audiobook and every other book in the series can be listened to in any order.

Being yourself
This is the second in the series that I have listened to and I was listening as someone who obtained an advanced listener copy.
The storyline did hold my interest and I enjoyed it more than the first one that I listened to 'Omega Crush'. The storyline has more depth and this is from someone who normally does not like stories in which someone has lost their memory.
I could feel the connection between Wes and Camden and was rooting for them from early on. I was able to get more of sense of Carter's Crossing and why people might want to live there. Wes parents' were the classic example of that important lesson that you don't create children to live your dreams but should be there to facilitate their growth into good and independent people.
Overall Bill Burrows I felt did a better job here than in 'Omega Crush'.
I will continue with this series.

Camdem finds his one and only...
Camdem has an obsession with pies but his body doesn’t show it. He is ripped due to hard work. When he rescues a cute guy from an accident, he finds his partner but he might be taken away. He is not who he says he is but he is Cam’s. Interesting story with a twist to it. Camdem is the ultimate hero. I loved it.

My Review
I loved the story and journey behind it. It was clever of you to have the omega lose his memory, find his alpha and them find himself again. The parents were a piece of work. Good job long may you continue, will be reading or listening more of your books. Good narrator.
