Fun, for thoughtful peeps who feel that they don’t quite fit
Great narration with a surprisingly thoughtful plot for a romance caper. Nice plot twists and artfully drawn characters.

Badass librarian meets Hollywood star and mystery ensues!
This was a really entertaining and thoughtful book, with two well-developed and believable characters. The plot was exciting and beyond the usual "famous person and normie" trope, and I loved the thoughtful parts. I was particularly struck by the bit where Lana says that librarians are the guardians of civil rights. Ain't that the truth.

Rip-off "Romantic Comedy" by Curtis Sittenfeld with added Cops
This was perfectly entertaining for the duration of listening, however I would not be interested enough in any of the characters to wish for a sequel. The was probably a bit too much plot crammed in for the characters to be fully developed. Some interesting insights into the Hollywood machinery.

A very enjoyable romance with mystery
Really thoroughly enjoyed this book. The mystery was intriguing. The romance was lovely. It explored a lot of how challenging it must be at times to be famous, especially someone who is a child star.
I liked the breadth of characters from different walks of life too. It felt like it was taking a look at all sorts of different ways of living without judgement.
The narrators were very talented. I often find in dual narration that I'm not a huge fan of how men voice the women's parts but this narrator did a good job. And the female narrator was great too!

Fun listen
Enjoyed this romantic thriller. It was easy to listen to and well narrated. Have separate narrations for both main characters was good. The story although nothing new was well thought out and the characters were interesting. Definitely kept me guessing right to the end. If you like an easy read with lots of action and romance this one’s for you.

An easy listen
I wish it was written in first person so I could really become the characters and there was a bit to much talking between characters but I enjoyed the story.
The performers were great especially the lady
