About this listen

In the next thrilling novel in the number-one New York Times best-selling Mitch Rapp series, the anti-terrorism operative heads to Pakistan to confront a mortal threat he may not be prepared for. In fact, this time he might have met his match.

Mitch Rapp is used to winning.

But in this follow-up to number-one New York Times best-selling The Survivor, the CIA operative finds himself chasing false leads from continent to continent in an effort to keep Pakistani nukes from falling into the hands of terrorists. Together with friend and colleague Scott Coleman, Rapp struggles to prevent the loss of these lethal weapons, particularly because Russia is also interested in the nukes, though not for the same reason as Rapp and Coleman.

Soon, it becomes alarmingly clear that the forces in Moscow are bent on fomenting even more chaos and turmoil in the Middle East and Rapp must go deep into Russian territory, posing as an American ISIS recruit. There, he uncovers a plan much more dangerous and insidious than he ever expected, one that could have far-reaching and catastrophic consequences.

Written with the same breathless tension and heart-racing action as Vince Flynn's greatest novels, Mitch Rapp's latest adventure is as timely and provocative as ever.

Love it!

Kyle Mills continues to develop the character of Vince Flynn's Mitch Wrap as he fights to save the world from itself, this time battling an alliance of a corrupt Russian President and ISIS.
This story also gives a glimpse of hope and possible happiness in Wrap's future.....
Can't wait for the next installment!!

Narration By George Guidall superb, as always.

Just brilliant

Move aside James Bond or Jason Bourne! Mitch Wrapp is the guy you never want to cross!!
Great book with a fast paced storyline. Narration is top notch as always! My only fault? I've now got read the whole series so I've got to wait for the next one!!!!!!

I really enjoyed this book

Where does Order to Kill rank among all the audiobooks you’ve listened to so far?

This book would be up with all the Vince Flynn books I have read.

What did you like best about this story?

I feel that this book stays true to Vince Flynn's character. Whilst he had a very strong and well-identified character to deal with I imagine that is both a blessing and a curse. I really enjoyed the fact the high quality of the suspense and action is maintained in this book. It is clearly the original character but there are some new little twists that are developing and are very interested.

Which scene did you most enjoy?

Strangely given all the high-octane action scenes I think that I most enjoyed the scene when Mitch Rapp comes home to his home.

Was there a moment in the book that particularly moved you?

The scene when they rescue Scott Coleman as he is a character who has been so well developed over the books and who you feel you can identify with.

Any additional comments?

It cannot be easy to take over such a well like and strong character as Mitch Rapp. I was not sure how I would like the idea but I find that I am enjoying these books as much as the original ones. Keep up the good work.

Not quite as good as Vince Flynn

Story lining not perfect - Iraqi nurse would have seen from Rapp’s body he was battle worn to say the least, but nevertheless, an enjoyable yarn well narrated by George Guidall as ever.

Enjoyable but predictable

I liked the performance as always but the story was not as thrilling as I hoped. Not bad but just average.

Getting better

The second Mitch Rapp novel by Kyle Mills is better than her first effort but still has a weak storyline which tails off in the last few chapters.
Lets have a convincing ending with more drama next time.
