Great attitude improvement
I did not believe anything can change my pessimistic attitude. It seemed I use to have negative thoughts most of the time, and that caused problems in my life. I felt like living in constant darkness. When I listened to this audiobook, I started to think about the situations when I was feeling and acting negatively. That led me to seek the main causes of my bad feelings and trying to annul them with the author's tactics. I appreciate his work and methods. It helps me a lot.

Release those negative demons!
I'm a serial negative thinker who wallows in comfort of negativity - it's nice and warm and fuzzy, anything else is uncomfortable! Tony teaches us that like with exercise, which leaves us aching and feeling uncomfortable at first, the more we practice the art of positive thinking the less uncomfortable it feels.
Positivity isn't just about how you feel about the world but, as Tony points out, about how you view and describe yourself. Tony encourages you to cherish and celebrate the victories no matter how big or small - if you don't - who will? Self worth comes from within and gives you the tools to begin your journey to a happier, more positive outlook
Don't waste your mental energy on negative thoughts, concentrate on the good - find your own green pastures and live in them!

A discovery!
This audiobook has surprised me. I have already heard some much more extensive audiobooks about emotions, but this one has opened up a whole new perspective on this very important subject. It's like going to the root of the problems instead of trying to fix the symptoms. I finally understand the issue of "negative" emotions from the inside. I am curious to see how this will play out in my daily life…

Mind opening
I’ve been looking for a book that can get my mind out of this negative state I’ve been in for a few years now. I’m so happy I come across this book and it’s worth the read. Soon as I finished it I started it again. It’s really helping me with negativity around me and helping me deal with negative emotions. Overall was a great book.
