This book was so, so informative ... so important...I am amazed that it cleared up a hundred questions I had not asked myself but should have!!!! If there is one book everyone should read it is this. It blew my mind in an extremely methodical way!😁

I was impelled to write a review on this book because of the valuable critical insights of the development of the Christian Church from the original Church. Certainly God is sending a message to those viewing themselves as Christians through the writers. The narration is well delivered with clarity keeping attentive from start to finish. Even if the narration would not have been well delivered the content alone would keep you attentive.

The writers describes how the Christian Church moved from its origins through the centuries with Traditions of Men. For example, the development of the Priestly Elite separate from the Laity, the way Church services are organised and how Christianity is taught. Further explains that these have Pagan Origins.

I don't agree with everything the writers have put forward. For example, they have dismissive attitude towards Celibacy and, what they call, cut and paste clipboard to make your point on Christian doctrine they rail against. Jesus Christ. John the Baptist and Paul the Apostle were Celibate and Jesus and Paul the Apostle often used select verses from Hebrew Holy Scriptures to teach listeners.

Those looking to practice the Authentic Christianity of the original Church will find this book a valuable resource. I had to give all 5 stars because of the great insights well delivered, although not in agreement with everything written. It is so impressive that I have purchased the physical paperback.

The lord of this world will never be powerful enough to attack God directly; however, he can cause harm by incrementally adulterating our interpretation of God's word and our well-intentioned practices of worship. Often difficult to accept that we are getting it wrong, this book is well-researched and eye/mind-opening. Consider David transporting the ark of the covenant to Jerusalem in a new cart with every good intention, however he had neglected God's instructions to Moses, and this effort resulted in the death of Uzziah - 1Chronicles 15:13. This book may be a positive insight that helps us get it right and return to a worship and relationship with God that was originally intended, and release a more powerful and more effective Kingdom on earth.

This was by far the most enjoyable historical and theosophical insight I've come across in quite some time. So many brilliant insights into the origin and adaptation of world religions from ancient history into what is believed to be now mainstream Christianity. The pagan rites... ceremonies.. beliefs all given there true meaning and origin... great to be pagan and know it...lol
