Great meal ideas

This is a very good, practical introduction with lots of great meal ideas and recipes, plus a lot of easy to understand information about why you should go paleo. I am still using good quality dairy, however. I am already much less shakey during the day.

Excellent recipes

My son is using just this book and is completely on Paleo & planning to stay on Paleo life long. I'm just starting to change to Paleo. Excellent recipes, lists of foods to use and what to get out of your kitchen & diet. Easy to understand, even has desserts!

Great explanation

This is a nice little basic book for Paleo beginners. Has a great explanation of the Paleo lifestyle and shopping lists. The recipes are easy to make.

Wonderful recipes

As someone completely uneducated about Paleo, this book grabbed my attention immediately! It is a quick read and gives a beginner some basic background information about the Paleo diet before launching into chapters of wonderful recipes. The easy-to-make recipes give the Paleo novice a great place to start. You really don't need to know any more than what is included in this book to get started living the healthy life you've always wanted! I highly recommend this book for people like myself you just want to know a bit more about what the Paleo diet is and who are looking for good recipes to start living healthier!

Great information!

Great information! I changed my diet significantly but realize I am not even close to what I should be doing. I learned so much from this book and about whole foods and now I have the tools necessary to complete my journey to wellness. I will continue to learn and improve my eating choices and I know it is not an overnight process, thanks for reminding me of this! I feel more prepared and knowledgeable since listening this book. My journey continues.

Very delicious recipes guide

Changing the way you eat is a challenge. I found this book not so much a "diet" as a change in lifestyle. The recipes in the book give you a great variety of goods & not real complicated.

Very healthy diet book

I find it hard not to eat any bread on this diet and have returned to eating a limited amount of bread that I bake myself from non-gmo flour.. It is a very healthy diet over all with an emphasis on eating lean proteins and lots of fruits and vegetables and nuts.
