Make a plan

There were three important points made in this audiobook. In order to promote personal development, you need to have a vision create a plan then take practical steps to bring that plan to life. There were lots of useful tips and facts about the concept of self-love. There was a chapter that looked at how self-love helped to improve relationships. It was certainly a very positive guide to listen in order to build the foundations of self-love and positive self-esteem.
